Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to accommodate any changes, alterations, or cancellations. Please carefully review your order details, including fabric selection, quantity, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfillment, and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Responsibility, Lost Packages & Color Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped and leaves the possession of Jaz It Up Designs/Fabrics, we are no longer responsible for the package, shipping delays, or the delivery timeframe provided by the carrier.

In the event that a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Jaz It Up Designs/Fabrics will offer either a reprint of the order or store credit for the eligible item(s). Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery concerns or delays.

Color Disclaimer:
Please note that colors will vary on fabrics. Different fabric bases will produce different color outputs based on the printing method and fiber content. For example, the same file printed on DBP and French Terry may result in slight color variations.

Additionally, fabric printing will vary from one company to another and will never be identical. While we strive to achieve the most accurate color representation possible, printing is an art rather than an exact science.

Refunds or returns will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with color results or variations between different fabric bases.
